Insurance Business America Features Midlands’ COO in Hot 100
OKLAHOMA CITY – OKLAHOMA – Richard Bird, Midlands Management Corp. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been selected as a member of the Insurance Business America’s (IBA) Hot 100 List. The 2017 list recognizes major power players who are shaping the future of the insurance industry.
Every year, Insurance Business America asks its readership to nominate professionals at all levels that are industry thought leaders, influencers and innovators, who made waves in the industry during the year. Insurance Business America then narrows down the nominations to the 100 people that they felt made the greatest impact, either through a series of accomplishments throughout the year, or one bold move that garnered the industry’s attention.
Honorees on the 2017 Hot 100 list represent a diverse sampling of the industry, from executives at major insurers to local heroes, and their accomplishments range from large acquisitions and investments to rapidly growing books of business and revenue.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Insurance Business America alongside so many accomplished professionals,” Richard Bird said. “Last year was an exciting year for us thanks to the “Beyond Coverage” efforts of the Midlands Team, and the industry can expect to continue to see us innovating and seeking new opportunities to drive growth in 2017.”
