Case Management Services

Midlands Injury Management, Inc. oversees both field and telephonic case management services. Employing licensed registered nurses with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in trauma and orthopedic care, Midlands ensures top quality case management for each individual. We make initial contacts, outline projected treatment plans for the injured and provide the client with treatment protocols. Our telephone case management and field case management services include making contact with the client and physician to coordinate all medical treatment. Acting as the client's advocate, Midlands is able to keep all parties informed and make recommendations as needed to ensure that the injured party progresses satisfactorily toward recovery and case closure.
